Country Snow Swirled

This card was so much fun.


I used the Snow Swirled stamps to create the background image, pulling in the colours of the card: Crumb Cake, Cherry Cobbler, and Bashful Blue. I didn't have any twine, so I actually used packing twine, the type that you wrap packages in? I loved the look that the twine gave. To get the glitter behind the twine, I had some old glittery ribbon that I didn't really like, so I used the red sticky tape, stuck the glitter ribbon to the tape, applied a lot
of pressure to it, then ripped the ribbon off. The tendons of glitter remanded, which created the affect of the glitter coming out from under the twine.

* Inks: Crumb Cake, Cherry Cobbler, Bashful Blue
* Paper piercer
* Packing twine, old reused ribbon for glitter, pretty lace ribbon
