Welcome Spring

Well, even though it's snowing outside, I can't help but think about the loveliness of spring. I wanted to make a card with a ton of bright colour.


This sketch from Mojo Monday 183 was my inspiration for this layout. I used the Sunny Garden DSP for the card, along with Daffodil Delight for the flower. The flower was punch with the Blossom Petal XL Punch. I sponged it with Daffodil Delight on the top of the petal, Peach Parfait for the middle, and Melon Mambo for the base. I love how the look that the three colours together created on this flower!!!! I used Jewelry Tag Punch for the words and hung them by some twine. I created more texture by using the destessing tool on the cutter kit.
